Hoby’s Great War – a theatrical interpretation

email-versionHoby & District Local History Society presented a Theatrical revue called Hoby’s Great War on Saturday 16 May 20215 in All Saints Church, Hoby. The multi-media theatrical revue demonstrated how the Hoby community was affected during the First World War. Performed in the Church, with scenes set in the Church, pubs, chapel, institute, farms, school, houses, river and fields, it was designed to make you laugh and cry; above all it entertained.

The whole production was an extravagansa of audio and video delights.  Without help from Martin Hawthorn who lent us much of the equipment it would not have been possible.
