Forget Me Not – What Hoby’s Ancestors did in the First World War – an exhibition
From Saturday 23rd May 2015 to Monday 24th May 2015, as part of Hoby’s First World War Centenary Commemorations, we staged a major exhibition in the Church to honour what the ancestors of current Hoby residents and Hoby & District Local History Society members did during the First World War.

[clear]There are over 50 stories of our ancestors told by their sons, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great nieces and great nephews. Their stories paint a vivid and fascinating picture of life at home, at the front and of lives changed forever.
